They have recently set up their offshore call center in Gurgaon. I know for a fact the management is worse than a tier 2 management of a domestic call center. The managers here are equivalent to a TL in a domestic call center. The manager(Amit) can barely converse in English. If he can be a manager I would gladly handle the portfolio of a ops manager with glee.


The HR policies are a sham and they need to understand that employees are not their slaves. No wonder they have no plan of action for the mass attrition they suffer every month.


They hire blindly by the time agents complete a month of training they realize the sad state of affairs within the company and most of the quit.


More than the policies its the behavior of the lower management - especially the voice & accent trainer and the manager. Since its a new process all these middle management personnel are behaving like CEO’s and behaving in similar fashion.


Gentlemen may I remind you your general knowledge has no standing upon your relevant work experience. If you continue behaving like this you’re proving yourself to be bigger idiots in front of everyone.
